Original TorsZo Concept Design
The torsorest®, 'mini flight bed' will be introduced to the
market, initially, as a stand alone product of compact size
(approx. like a ligtweight laptop), with its own sleeve/draw string
satchel. It can be carried over the shoulder or packed in your
hand-luggage (occupying typically less than 10% of the space).
However, for your information, the image opposite is the first
concept design of the Torsorest® body balancer
combined with a piece of hand-luggage.
This concept was crystallized by a prestigious UK design house
using the ideas incorporated in the intellectual property rights
applied for, and later acquired, by the owners of TorsZo (UK)
Ltd.
The legal work, prototype design, and market research testing,
for the torsorest® alone, has taken several years of careful
planning but has been rewarded by impressive results. The market
research established that there was an almost universal desire by
the public for something that would increase their comfort and
health while traveling and that nothing currently on the market
worked. After trying the torsorest® body balancing
system, even in prototype form, 40% said they would buy it now and
almost the same again said they would likely be interested in the
final product.
Following these impressive survey results later development has
come with a practical bag design, the TorsZo Traveler Classic (see
below), by a specialist luggage design studio.
After introducing the torsorest® to the market, as a standalone
product, the next developement may be this luggage combination
product (illustrated below).
